We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, being close to several ski lifts and just a short walk to the town center. The hotel's inclusion of the Joker card allowed us to enjoy various activities in Saalbach, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were pleased with the spacious and modern room, complete with a balcony that provided stunning views. The breakfast spread was delicious and satisfying, giving us the energy we needed to start our day on the slopes. Additionally, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist us with any request.

The best aspects were the cleanliness of the large and comfortable room with a balcony, the good breakfast, and the friendly and helpful staff, especially Katherine. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the end of a pedestrian area and only a 2-minute walk from a ski lift. The private car park was also a great feature.
